These Terms of Service govern the use of the SugarSpice Auto Post application operated by SUGAR AND SPICE (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Service Description

SugarSpice Auto Post is an internal tool that automatically repurposes content from our Instagram account and publishes it to our TikTok account. This application is not intended for public use.

2. Content Ownership

All content posted through this application is originally created and owned by SUGAR AND SPICE. We do not use, collect, or redistribute any third-party content.

3. Use of TikTok API

Our application uses TikTok’s Content Posting API in compliance with TikTok’s Developer Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We only post content to our own authorized business account.

4. Limitation of Liability

This application is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. SUGAR AND SPICE shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this application.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
